"First time I've ever used a mover, and decided in January during COVID was the best time to get one. I went off of Yelp reviews, actually, and Expert Movers pulled me in for two reason: great price AND all communication was online. They were better than I could have ever expected. They were on time (I think even a minute early), were very nice, funny, and FAST. They were done with my one-bedroom apartment from River North to Roscoe Village in 2.5 hours. It was incredible. They also wore masks and were just really fantastic. I highly, highly recommend."

"Movers arrived on time with Masks. Did a walk through and told them what needs to go. They worked fast and got the truck loaded quickly. They also shrink wrapped the delicate items and nicely packed glass cabinets and TVs. Whole job finished about 1 hour less than quoted given their hard work, which saved us money as well. They were also kind enough to make a second stop to drop off a few items which we couldn't transport in our vehicles."

"BEST MOVING COMPANY EVER. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and professional. You can request a quote online and once you book, you get an account page where you can see all the moving details and input the number/type of items you need moved. Their office will help you reserve street parking with the city as well. The week before, I received email reminders with the estimated time window of arrival. We had a 3 man moving crew which arrived very punctually and loaded/unloaded in 4 hours which was less than the initial 5-6.5 hour estimate. Note - having everything properly packed and organized will save you time/money! The movers also unassembled/reassembled heavy furniture like couches, beds, etc. The movers were helpful and friendly. Don't forget to tip your movers!! They deserve every penny."
